Mandatory Form and Passport Scan for all Speakers and Presenters
UAE national legislation requires all presenters of oral presentations to submit the following form of the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority:

If you do not submit the TCA form, you will not be permitted to hold your presentation during the event.
Scan of Passport Required
In addition to this form, a color copy/scan of your passport is required. Please excuse the inconveniences this might cause, but please understand that we are required to submit these forms by the UAE authorities.
No form and no passport scan = No Presentation!
